Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service apply when you visit Lumbridge - RSPS, create an account, use the forums, play on the server, or buy anything from the store. By doing any of those things, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the website, game server, forums, launcher, or store.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for your login details and for activity carried out through your account. Use accurate registration information, keep your password private, and tell support promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

• Do not sell, share, trade, or transfer accounts unless staff has given written approval.
• Do not impersonate staff, another player, or another organization.
• You must be legally able to enter this agreement. A parent or guardian should review purchases made by a minor.

Player conduct and fair play

Use common sense and do not interfere with the game or other players. Staff may act on conduct that damages the server even when a specific exploit or tactic is not listed below.

• No cheating, botting, automation, packet manipulation, duplication, exploit abuse, or unauthorized client modification.
• No harassment, threats, hate speech, doxxing, fraud, phishing, or attempts to steal another player’s account or property.
• Do not attack, probe, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass the security of the website, server, launcher, forums, APIs, or payment systems.
• Bugs and exploits must be reported privately. Using or spreading them may result in an immediate ban.

Store purchases and virtual benefits

The store currently accepts PayPal and Bitcoin (BTC). Available methods may change, and a method is only available when it appears at checkout. Prices are shown in the currency stated on the checkout page.

Store products are digital licenses or account benefits for use inside the service. They are not banked funds, investments, or property with guaranteed cash value. They may not be sold, exchanged for cash, or transferred outside approved systems.

• Make sure you are signed into the correct account before paying.
• Delivery may require the game account to be online, logged out, or otherwise eligible for the selected product.
• A purchase does not exempt an account from server rules or moderation.
• We may rebalance, replace, rename, or retire virtual items when needed for gameplay, security, or server operation.

Refunds, reversals, and chargebacks

Because store products are delivered digitally, completed purchases are generally final once the benefit has been delivered or used. We may approve a refund or correction for a duplicate payment, a verified billing error, a product that was not delivered, or another situation where a refund is required by law.

Refunds are normally not granted because you changed your mind, bought for the wrong account, were banned for breaking the rules, stopped playing, missed an item description, or disagreed with a later balance or content change.

Before filing a PayPal claim, bank dispute, reversal, or chargeback, contact support and give us a reasonable chance to inspect the order. While a dispute is open, we may temporarily restrict the account and any linked accounts to protect the server and preserve records.

Deliberately false, repeated, or abusive disputes are treated as payment fraud. When supported by the evidence, we may remove the disputed benefits, close associated accounts permanently, block future purchases, and provide relevant records to the payment provider. This does not limit any non-waivable consumer right or punish a good-faith report of an unauthorized or incorrect charge.

Changes, maintenance, and availability

The service is provided on an as-available basis. Updates, maintenance, attacks, hosting failures, bugs, or project changes may interrupt access or cause progress, items, rankings, or features to be adjusted or restored from backup.

We do not promise permanent operation, uninterrupted access, a fixed economy, or that any item or feature will remain unchanged. We will make reasonable efforts to protect player data and communicate major planned changes.

Moderation and enforcement

Staff may warn, mute, restrict, roll back, suspend, or permanently close accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect players, investigate abuse, secure the service, or comply with law. Serious misconduct may result in action without advance warning.

We may consider linked accounts, payment records, device and network information, gameplay logs, forum activity, and prior enforcement history when investigating a case. Attempts to evade a restriction may lead to wider account or network blocks.

Ownership and third-party rights

The Lumbridge - RSPS website, original code, branding, text, and custom assets are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. RuneScape, Old School RuneScape, and related marks and game assets belong to their respective owners. This project is independent and is not endorsed by or affiliated with Jagex Ltd.

Third-party services, including PayPal, hosting providers, forum software, and external links, are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

Disclaimers and limits

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the service is provided without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from every bug or security issue. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded. If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply.
