We collect what is needed to run and protect the service
We do not sell player information. Payment passwords, wallet private keys, and full card details are not collected by this website.
Scope of this policy
This policy covers information handled by Lumbridge - RSPS through the website, unified account system, forums, store, launcher, support channels, and game server. It does not control third-party websites or services that have their own privacy policies.
Information we collect
Account information
Username, display name, email address, password hash, account identifiers, registration date, settings, roles, and account status.
Gameplay and community records
Character progress, inventories, trades, actions, chat and forum posts, private reports, support messages, moderation notes, sanctions, votes, and delivery history.
Technical and security data
IP address, device and browser details, session identifiers, timestamps, login attempts, crash or error records, request logs, and signals used to detect abuse or account sharing.
Order and payment records
Products ordered, amount, currency, payment method, order status, transaction or invoice identifiers, BTC address and transaction hash when applicable, refund or dispute status, and delivery results.
We also receive information you choose to send through support requests, applications, contests, bug reports, or direct communication with staff.
How we use information
- Create and secure accounts, keep website and forum identities synchronized, and allow players to sign in.
- Operate the game, save progress, deliver purchases, provide support, and display community features such as profiles, groups, rankings, or posts.
- Confirm payments, investigate delivery problems, prevent duplicate claims, and respond to refunds or payment disputes.
- Detect cheating, fraud, account theft, attacks, spam, exploit abuse, ban evasion, and other violations.
- Maintain backups, diagnose failures, improve performance, understand feature use, and plan server changes.
- Comply with legal duties, enforce the Terms of Service, and protect players, staff, and the service.
PayPal and Bitcoin payments
PayPal handles PayPal account credentials and any card or bank details used through its checkout. We receive the payment status and transaction information required to match the payment to an order, deliver the purchase, keep accounting records, and handle disputes.
Bitcoin transactions are recorded on a public blockchain. The store may retain the invoice address, expected amount, network, transaction hash, confirmation status, and timing needed to verify payment. A blockchain transaction can often be viewed publicly even when we do not know who controls the sending wallet.
Do not send payment passwords, seed phrases, wallet private keys, or full card details to staff.
Retention and security
Records are kept for as long as reasonably needed to operate accounts, preserve game state, complete orders, maintain backups, resolve disputes, enforce bans, prevent fraud, meet accounting or legal duties, and defend the service. Different records may be kept for different periods.
We use reasonable technical and administrative safeguards, but no website, server, network, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. You are responsible for using a strong, unique password and protecting access to your email account and devices.
Your choices and requests
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of certain personal information. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Some information cannot be deleted immediately when it is still needed for active orders, payment records, fraud prevention, security logs, sanctions, backups, legal obligations, or the rights of other users. Public posts may remain in a de-identified or quoted form when removing them would disrupt a discussion or another user’s content.
You may update available account details through the account settings page. For requests that cannot be completed there, contact support.
Children’s privacy
The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate permission, contact us so the account and information can be reviewed.
Privacy questions or requests
Describe what you are requesting and identify the account involved. Do not include passwords, wallet keys, or unnecessary identity documents in the first message.
